BRAUN BÜFFEL - From tradition to the future.

BRAUN BÜFFEL manufactures high-quality, handcrafted leather goods with its headquarters in Kirn, near Frankfurt. The manufactory combines high-quality leather processing, family history and tradition. The family business was founded in 1887 and has also been producing in Offenbach since 2022.

The product range includes small leather goods such as wallets, key and card cases, purses, but also business bags, handbags and backpacks, as well as leather accessories for women and men.

At a time when many companies are (or have to) cease production in Germany, BRAUN BÜFFEL remains committed to its production facilities in Kirn and Offenbach. Our dedication to manufacturing our products in Germany is deeply rooted, and we are convinced that this is the right path for our company and our products.

With this, we aim not only to strengthen the regional economy but also to meet our own high quality standards and the wishes of our customers. The capabilities of our own manufacturing facilities also allow us to fulfill special orders and respond to specific product requests. Accordingly, we will continue to invest in, strengthen, and expand our locations in Germany.

The craftsmanship of fine leather goods has a long history dating back hundreds of years – we want to contribute to maintaining and expanding this tradition.

Fine leatherworker - a craft profession

As an owner-managed family business, our vision is to produce "leather goods with meaning" in a traditional, sustainable way, goods that will last a lifetime. We value and promote the traditional craftsmanship of fine leatherworkers. Therefore, we train people here in Kirn who wish to learn the craft of fine leatherwork and invest in technology that supports traditional craftsmanship. Since 2022, we have also been training apprentices at our second manufactory in Offenbach am Main.

Furthermore, we offer our customers a lifetime repair service , carried out with the utmost care by our experienced leather craftsmen.
