Returns

We want to make returning your order as easy as possible. Each shipment generally includes a return label. Please use this label for returning your order.

Returns Information

Please pack the items to be returned carefully to avoid damage during transit. If possible, use the original packaging or equivalent sturdy packaging. Attach the return label visibly to the package and then drop off the shipment with the shipping service provider specified on the label.

After receipt and inspection of your return, it will be processed as quickly as possible. The refund will then be issued via the original payment method, provided that the conditions for a return are met.

Return Label Missing

Should your shipment exceptionally not include a return label or if it is no longer available, please use our contact form. Our customer service will process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with a new return label.

For quick processing, please provide your order number, your full name, and a brief description of your request in the contact form.

Excluded from the Right of Return

Please note that personalized and individually embossed items are excluded from return and exchange. As these products are manufactured according to your personal specifications, there is no right of withdrawal or return, unless there is a statutory warranty case, in particular a material or manufacturing defect.
