REMOVING SCRATCHES FROM SMOOTH LEATHER

Very fine scratches in smooth leather can usually be largely removed with a colorless shoe or leather cream. If you don't have any special products on hand, you can also carefully use hand cream or a nourishing skin lotion on smooth leather. If the color difference caused by the scratch is very noticeable, you can also use a shoe cream in a matching color.

Important: Always test the product on an inconspicuous area first to see how the leather reacts. After treatment, polish the leather with a dust-free microfiber cloth.

REMOVING SCRATCHES FROM SUEDE

Caution: Do not remove scratches from suede or nubuck leather using the method described above. The creams would leave stains in the leather that are usually even more noticeable and less attractive than the scratches themselves.
